Your next steps will depend on whether or not you\u2019re using Windows or Mac, so we\u2019ve included both sets of instructions for you below!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"for-windowsnbsp\">For Windows: <\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Is your Rollo\u2019s green light on, but your labels still aren\u2019t printing? If so, your Rollo is probably connected to a new USB port. This means Windows is registering your printer as an entirely new printer. To fix this issue:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to your Control Panel &gt; Printers &amp; Scanners&nbsp;<\/li><li>Check to see which Rollo printer is showing as active&nbsp;<\/li><li>Try to reprint your label with the active printer selected&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If these steps don\u2019t work, unplug your Rollo printer from its current USB port, replug it back into its original USB port, and reprint your label. Using the original USB port should let Windows recognize this printer is your active printer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"for-macnbsp\">For Mac: <\/h3>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Unplug your Rollo\u2019s USB cable from your Mac.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Turn off your Rollo printer and unplug it directly from the wall*.&nbsp;<\/li><li>On the Printer page on your Mac, hover your mouse over your printer list. Hold the command key and right-click in the printer list box. A prompt should then show up with information on resetting your printing system.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Download the updated Mac driver when asked&nbsp;<\/li><li>Plug your Rollo printer back into the wall*&nbsp;<\/li><li>Turn your Rollo printer. When your printer is booted up, hold down the top, circular button until it beeps once, and then let go. Your label should start moving back and forth and stop at the perforated edge.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Waiting for the green light on your Rollo to come back on. This will show you a list of printers that are recognized by ConnectEasy.<\/li><li>To the right of each printer are columns for your page\u2019s <strong>Width<\/strong> and <strong>Height<\/strong> dimensions. Click in each cell to enter a specific dimension, and the changes will save automatically.<br>Note: <em>Both the width and height fields need a number entered, for these dimensions to apply.<\/em><\/li><li>Return to ShippingEasy and try printing your label again.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"support\">When should I contact Rollo Support?<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>If none of these fixes are working, or you\u2019re having trouble finding where some of these features are within your Rollo, we recommend reaching out to Rollo <a href=\"https:\/\/support.rolloprinter.com\/support\/solutions\/folders\/29000007275\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">directly<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"shippingeasy\">How do I reprint labels in ShippingEasy?<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>With your label settings adjusted and your printed fixed, it\u2019s time to reprint those labels over in your <a href=\"https:\/\/support.shippingeasy.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4406912143515-Filter-Shipments-in-SHIPMENT-HISTORY-How-To\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shipment History<\/a>. All you need to do to reprint your label is go to Shipping &gt; Shipment History and find your label.
