Integrating stores and marketplaces with ShippingEasy allows us to perform an hourly check* to pull eligible orders on the orders page. Eligible orders are known as syncable orders, and their statuses are:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Awaiting Payment&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awaiting Fulfillment&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awaiting Shipment&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partially Shipped&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The names of these statuses may change, depending on the integration. From there, you\u2019ll just follow the steps listed on your screen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/c8P_PL7iC36UCXt4tK2vEAwy2FUg00AgFxTZXRpdo6YDi0_ZQLa3Mynb2i9Y68udC9R-skEBzVi5mZbKpB7ymTPqq9hY05XiSxXaEiUWcB2n26UN53NNMEmfTHQFlrarItm4Ta-gh-y9pKZspv6BzQ0\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once a store or marketplace has been successfully added to your ShippingEasy account, a green <strong>Connected<\/strong> icon<strong> <\/strong>will show above the store or marketplace\u2019s address and information.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/SMgivU2wgW6Rlv5dZsvxaCFt8TPe9fy1WgQxbwuyD3-fRHAD2Pz8qqgvyw5f8XrI5pvuWPrYKx6jg1rcglE3rpiANskmu1MmSIRvp23kDPM5GWA7x1Q0bm50HsHb4wzbpI8uxGcHqJrX9-3lnSVnsrc\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As long as this icon is shown and orders are in a syncable status, your account should be ready for orders!<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"uploading-manual-orders\">Uploading manual orders<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>As we mentioned earlier, you can also manually upload orders to your ShippingEasy account. If you have multiple orders, use <a href=\"https:\/\/support.shippingeasy.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4406059642139-Working-with-CSV-Files\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CSV files<\/a> so you can upload those orders in bulk. But what is a CSV file?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/OeMM_4Ald1f88jSaIrD3opLZlmCuO1BUAMZWh4GtfrgMwYosrRm0rKErKMZZR5CKX-epx-QFXBhbf5Ka3OKnBTOaulg4_79HJ-qig2VVYftnRu2Ahyo_yVHw6UQR-8Q-awm8mSfnPWXlyW-dyeQvLVQ\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"csv-filesnbsp\">CSV files <\/h3>\n\n\n<p>CSV files organize your information in a table-based format. A major benefit of <a href=\"https:\/\/support.shippingeasy.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4406051819547-Getting-Started-with-CSV-Order-Uploads\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CSV files<\/a> is they don\u2019t need a specific program installed to open, so CSV files are ideal for uploading information into software like ShippingEasy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-to-create-and-upload-csv-files\">How to create and upload CSV files<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Once you\u2019ve created your file in the program of your choice, you\u2019ll export your file as a <a href=\"https:\/\/support.shippingeasy.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4407015405339-CSV-Order-Uploads-Sample-CSV-file\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CSV<\/a>. Programs like Numbers will have an <strong>Export To<\/strong> tab to make saving your file simple.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/_37AJ0wLNOq9eNiPP-DOOnQGDStOqgne0XHpRrHGDWyP0S2F9fnOdAnKsJNOIxQM0hbIkE6DtX_DHUzgUmT09MzFvVjwkfQzKnjcSr-p7B7HX9I9Bux5Hq52ahYvSRyFYNO-QQ7kVWI2hsj1jQ8mHhc\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After your file has been exported and saved, go to the orders page and select <strong>Upload Orders.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/KFelqkIg1wuhi8aMolEQ8IL1G0cJMZyfnxPxt78dSCwzTxQGfsMNU3sTo_Dt-VZCbUzlhvE9WT-TUBC50hqeQk6Tesko7S5c-yUzgWIBr4uZ5UPckPSJ7KVb9ij9QlaA5bm4qHj0vV-2EP0JicY2r0c\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, you\u2019ll be asked to map your CSV file where you\u2019ll select which column from your CSV file on the left matches the ShippingEasy equivalent on the right.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/DvOgO6xyGeM35OFMmJcEV_C_G1wt9T-SJcmrkA_-JR8G71zH9LQjEAm3f937GWoOHcjHt4ocHU2YRzd1HpTi0KvHB3XFCfsZTbqrc_xGuXWhzvzKWJCZkdAxo-TN1rdaeXR-77Ftuk0mEvuOjemciYE\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Lastly, you\u2019ll be taken to a screen that shows any mistakes in your file and given instructions on how to fix them. And voila! Your orders will be uploaded to the orders page.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"preparing\">Preparing for orders<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>After your store starts receiving orders, the orders page will more than likely serve as the central location for your shipping. <a href=\"https:\/\/support.shippingeasy.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4405549696411-Filter-Unshipped-Orders\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Order filters<\/a> find orders with categories like order date, destination, and recipient. Adding a personalized touch like your business\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/support.shippingeasy.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4407007330331-Manage-Logo-on-Shipping-Labels-How-To\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">logo<\/a> on USPS shipping labels or a customized email template will create a connection to keep shoppers coming back.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"adding-logos-to-labels\">Adding logos to labels<\/h3>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/support.shippingeasy.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4407007645211-Customize-Shipping-Labels-How-To\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Adding your logo<\/a> to USPS shipping labels advertises your business and adds a special detail to your label. Before you upload your logo, there are a few things to keep in mind. For the best photo quality, your logo should be:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A rectangular image<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dimensions of 720 pixels (width) by 130 pixels (height)*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*Don\u2019t worry if your image is smaller than these dimensions! We\u2019ll automatically resize it to our recommended dimensions.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Logos also need to be:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No larger than 1MB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A 16bit JPG or PNG file<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After you\u2019ve saved and sized your logo, upload it to your store settings by going to <strong>Settings &gt; Integration &gt; Stores &amp; Orders &gt; Edit Store Settings &gt; Branding.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/S0z9EZF-l460ynMU3uSf-SlTugLGBu-bh75RhzWdoJ8yUOJ2w-YuQpLfgSVaEqFr5GBUGMHN5nN-8GRFaUiamH9gF8oB6nxw2hKFV7giHkd14WOyasoWu66G9b5iHOB3-Fzc1DVveYYmzYb95Jf7NZE\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, you\u2019ll select the USPS logo option for your labels in your <strong>Settings &gt; Label Sizes &amp; Printing Options &gt; Labels.<\/strong> Select the <strong>Logo option<\/strong> under <strong>Domestic USPS Label Options.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/wKmncglK8q81bEyzLXDOkWSnbvxXcoBPaOenfisHEKWDcRTHWjhdLHU-Z6jVuDfB5OV26f1taw9K_YTyuK_3lqfmPA_kH_SkxH5lfyDJ5PFE5mlJKzMLFl8VfxuQogFVyY1ThnPbrYW_byos3lTE9nU\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Save your settings at the bottom and enjoy the new logo on your USPS labels.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"packing-slip-customization\">Packing slip customization<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ve added a logo to the outside of your shipments, but how can you personalize the inside of your shipments? There are several <a href=\"https:\/\/support.shippingeasy.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4407009699867\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">premade packing slip templates<\/a> in your ShippingEasy account, but these packing slips can\u2019t be changed or altered. The good news is if you create your own <a href=\"https:\/\/support.shippingeasy.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4407006183067#UUID-6d0cab18-c2a6-1370-25a2-99f024bd777f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">packing slip<\/a> template, the customization options are almost limitless!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"packing-slip-templates\">Packing slip templates<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Packing slip templates are based on lines of code, or <a href=\"https:\/\/support.shippingeasy.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4407014003227-How-are-the-variables-on-my-packing-slip-templates-mapped-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">variables<\/a>, which can be edited to change things from the font of the text to the addition of your business\u2019s logo. Each connected store\/marketplace will have its own email templates, with the exceptions of Amazon, Jane, Reverb, and Wish because they have <a href=\"https:\/\/support.shippingeasy.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4407226240155-Create-an-Email-Template-How-To\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">stricter requirements<\/a> for customer emails.
