You\u2019ll be able to kick the tires on the Customer Marketing solution to make sure it\u2019s for you (we think it will be).<\/p>\n<p>Check out the automation options like Abandoned Cart emails, Product Recommendations, and Win-back campaigns. Try out the email building tool and our library of pre-built templates at your disposal. Add tags to customers to create segmented lists of customers (more on importing your list from Mailchimp in a sec).<\/p>\n<p>Once you get a feel for the platform, you can try to schedule a campaign to be prompted to add Customer Marketing, or you can go to <a href=\"https:\/\/app.shippingeasy.com\/settings\/subscription\/plan_selection\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the subscriptions page<\/a> to toggle it on. You can upload unlimited customers to ShippingEasy. One of the reasons ShippingEasy is a great Mailchimp alternative\u2014you don\u2019t have to recreate all of your segments! When you download your contacts from Mailchimp, it will keep the tags in quotes, separated by commas. These tags will stay with your customer contact information when you load the list to ShippingEasy and will be accessible in the left-hand column of your Customer Marketing dashboard. Here are the instructions to <a href=\"https:\/\/mailchimp.com\/help\/view-export-contacts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">export your customer contact list<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/us5.admin.mailchimp.com\/lists\/members\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Export Your List<\/a><\/p>\n<p>From there, it\u2019s as simple as a couple clicks to add your customers. Hover over Marketing in the top of the ShippingEasy dashboard and click Contacts. You\u2019ll see a blue button in the top left labeled +Add Contacts. Click that and then Upload Customers (.csv). Choose the file you saved onto your computer from Mailchimp and BOOM.
